For Building materials and other bulky items, delivery times will be different. Delivery Times depend on the dimensions and weight of the total order. You can contact us by email or phone to know the delivery schedule for these orders. Alternatively, once the order is made a representative will inform you of the delivery time applicable for your order. In case you identify an item missing from your order, you may notify us within a maximum period of 2 days from the date of delivery.
Shipping is FREE for Eligible orders which will be displayed on the website This is for locations which come under city limits.
City limits apply, which means that unfortunately, we're unable to deliver in 3-5 working days to areas that are under customs regulations including Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai Airport Free Zone, SAIF Zone and so on. (Additional legal and customs fees may be applicable outside the UAE and are to be paid by the consignee.)

If a package is returned to goldentools.ae due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs or the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. goldentools.ae is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly due to incorrect shipping information. If the item qualified for our "Free Shipping" promotion, it will not be valid due to the error on the customer's part, and the customer will be charged for all actual shipping costs.

Item can be exchanged only for a different size or color or other variants.
Replacement policy is applicable for the items with production defect and dysfunction. Any items shipped from goldentools.ae can be replaced within 15 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Mostly the replacement is free of cost and you will get notified if any shipping charge is applicable from us.
Upon every eligible item, goldentools.ae issues a refund through the same medium of purchase payment for digital payment, If you have chosen to pay cash on delivery, you must have a bank account in order to request a refund: with this payment method, refunds are only issued via bank transfer to your account. .
