The GLOBUS 5.0 D delivers 200 Amps in alternating current to weld electrodes from 1.6 to 4.0 mm in diameter. Welds with rutile coated electrodes on various metals: steel, stainless steel, cast iron, etc. The power supply voltage is single-phase at 230/400 Volt.

1. Connect the welding machine to a 230V or 400V single-phase power supply.
2. Attach welding cables securely to the DX25 output terminals.
3. Insert the electrode into the holder (1.6mm – 4.0mm recommended).
4. Adjust the welding current using the stepless control knob.
5. Strike the arc and begin welding with stable motion.
6. Monitor temperature and allow cooling if needed.
7. Turn off the machine after use and disconnect safely.
