The D-MIG 420S delivers 200 Amps in direct current. It holds wire spools with a diameter of 200 - 300 mm.
Appropriately equipped, it allows the welding of various metals, even of reduced thickness: steel, stainless steel, aluminum.

1. Connect the machine to a 230V single-phase power supply.
2. Install the appropriate wire spool (200–300 mm) inside the unit.
3. Connect shielding gas cylinder and regulator.
4. Select one of the 6 welding positions based on material thickness.
5. Adjust welding current using the control switch.
6. Hold the torch with EURO connection and start welding.
7. Maintain steady movement and adjust parameters if needed.
8. After use, switch off and allow the machine to cool.
