I-PAC 350 IS DESIGNED FOR SMALL REPAIR AND CONSTRUCTION JOBS.

I-PAC 350 DELIVERS 50 AMP AND HANDLES PLATES UP TO 12MM WITH A QUALITY CUT. IF THERE ARE NO SPECIAL DEMANDS ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THE CUT SURFACE, THE SEVERANCE IS UP TO 20MM.

THE SUPPLY VOLTAGE IS SINGLE PHASE AT 230VOLT. CAN BE CONNECTED TO A MOTOR GENERATOR (SEE TECHNICAL DATA TABLE).

THE MACHINE NEEDS 130 LITERS OF COMPRESSED AIR PER MINUTE.


THE PLASMA ARC IS IGNITED AUTOMATICALLY BY THE PILOT ARC. THIS MEANS LONGER SERVICE LIFE OF WEAR PARTS IN THE TORCH BODY.

How to Use

  3. Secure the earth clamp firmly to the workpiece.
  4. Install the correct nozzle and ensure the torch is properly connected.
  5. Switch on the machine and verify the power and air pressure indicators.
  6. Position the torch near the material and press the trigger to activate the automatic Pilot Arc.
  7. Move the torch steadily along the cutting line while maintaining a consistent distance from the material.
  8. Allow the cooling fan to continue operating after heavy-duty cutting for optimal component protection.
