The main prerogative of the E-ARC 840 LAB model is the welding of Cellulosic coated electrodes and welding on aluminum. The welding performances remain excellent rutile coated electrodes, basic and TIG LIFT on various metals: steel, stainless steel, cast iron, etc. The current supplied is 380 Amp in MMA.
The E-ARC 840 LAB is easy to use:
Welding selector: MMA / cellulosic MMA / TIG LIFT.
Adjustable Hot Start: to obtain an optimal arc ignition with each electrode it is possible to adjust the increase of the initial current.
Adjustable Arc Force: to obtain an optimal welding with each electrode it is possible to adjust the temporary increase of the current when the electric arc becomes short.
Anti-sticking: allows you to easily detach the electrode if it remains glued to the piece.
Prepared for use with TIG torches with button to control the gas outlet.

1. Connect the machine to a 230V or 400V three-phase power supply.
2. Attach the electrode holder, earth clamp, or TIG torch securely.
3. Select welding mode: MMA, Cellulosic MMA, or TIG Lift.
4. Adjust welding current (20A – 380A) based on the application.
5. Set Hot Start, Arc Force, and Anti-Stick functions as needed.
6. Strike the arc and carry out welding with steady control.
7. After use, allow cooling and switch off safely.
