Position the wheel dolly around the tire on a flat surface, ensure the vehicle is in neutral with the parking brake released (if safe to do so), then pump the pedal or operate the handle to clamp and lift the wheel slightly off the ground; once all required wheels are supported, carefully push the vehicle to move it into the desired position, and finally release the mechanism slowly to lower the tire back onto the ground and remove the dolly.
